LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We will always do our best to assist our Dolls if the unfortunate happens and a package is lost or stolen in transit. However, Reine Royale does not hold the responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Each and every package is shipped through USPS with appropriate insurance so that if these unfortunate events do occur our dolls can file a claim with USPS. **TIP** If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, speak with your neighbors to make sure they did not mistakenly receive your package. Also speak with your family, friends, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
